Anthony Mamann with LRM Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer in the purchase of an industrial building at Boca Raton’s Park of Broken Sound for $18.7 million. A and B Investments, LP, an entity managed by Serge Abecassis, paid $18.7 million for the 78,024-square-foot warehouse at 701 Park of Commerce Boulevard and obtained a $11.5 million mortgage from BMO Bank. The deal, which closed July 3, breaks down to $240 per square foot. Paul Bergman and Jean Phillips with Douglas Elliman represented the seller, supplements mogul Darielle Singerman, in the transaction.
